【正文】一、教学内容
本节课的教学内容是PEP四年级上册(三年级起始的教材)Unit3 ParA Let’s learn部分,要求学生能掌握描述外貌特征的词汇和句型,并运用这些词汇和句型来描述自己的好朋友。
二、教学目标
1.知识目标
(1)能掌握句子My friend is…He/She has…
(2)能听、说、认读friends,long/short hair,strong,quiet,thin等单词和短语。
2.能力目标
(1)能听音做相关的动作。
(2)能根据图片内容描述人物的外部特征。
(3)能口头描述自己好朋友的外貌特征。
(4)能根据别人口头描述好朋友的外貌特征,找出那位好朋友。
3.情感、策略目标
(1)情感态度:注重培养学生珍惜友谊、互帮互助的良好品质。
(2)学习策略:加强合作学习,共同完成学习任务。
三、教学重点
1.掌握三会单词和短语:friends,long/short hair,strong,quiet,thin .
2.掌握三会句型:He/She is... He/She has…
3.运用已经学过的和本节课学习的三会单词和短语以及三会句型口头描述自己好朋友的外貌特征。
四、教学难点
正确组织语言口头描述好朋友的外貌特征。
五、教学过程
Step1:Warm up and review
1.教师出示媒体,师生齐唱PEP教材(三年级起始的教材)第二册第一单元的一首歌曲:Boy and girl.
2.唱结束时教师用这首歌的曲调换词唱。
T:I am a teacher and you are a student, I am a teacher and you are a student, I am a teacher and you are a student,do you want to be my friend?
教师再用问句问学生:Do you want to be my friend?
Ss:Yes,I want to be your friend.
T:So you are my friend,and I’m your friend,we are friends.
3.教师出示媒体,师生边说唱歌谣边做动作。
T:Show me your hands please.Let’s say a chant and do some actions.
Head,head,big head. Head,head,small head.
Face,face,big face. Face,face,small face.
Nose,nose,long nose. Nose,nose,short nose.
Mouth,mouth,big mouth.Mouth,mouth,small mouth.
Ears,ears,big ears. Ears,ears,small ears.
Eyes,eyes,big eyes. Eyes,eyes,small eyes.
Hair,hair,long hair. Hair,hair,short hair.
Step2:Presentation and Practice
1.He/She has short/long hair的呈现及操练。
教师和学生一起说唱歌谣后,教师摸着自己的头发说:Children,look at my hair,it’s short.I have short hair.Who has short hair too?教师引导学生说出很多含有short hair的句子。
S1:I have short hair.
T:Yes,he has short hair.
S2:Wan Zhe has short hair and Li Li has long hair.
2.He/She is strong/thin.的呈现及操练。
教师拿出Zhang Peng的图片问:Who’s this boy?
Ss:He’s Zhang Peng.
T:Yes.He is strong.教师再问 Who is strong in our class ?引导学生说出很多含有strong的句子。
T:(教师再拿出Wu Yifan的图片说)
Look at Wu Yifan. He is strong too?
Ss:No.He is not strong.
T:He is thin. Who is thin in our class?
S1:I am thin.
T and Ss:Yes,he is thin.(教师引导学生将I换成He来表达:He is thin.)
S2:Zhang Yao is thin.(教师引导学生将Zhang Yao换成She来表达:She is thin.)
T and Ss: She is thin.
3.He/She is quiet.的呈现及操练。
T: (教师拿出Chen Jie的图片)Look at Chen Jie.She is quiet. Who is quiet in our class?
S1:Sun Lan is quiet.
T:Is Sun Lan quiet?(教师转向询问班上其他学生,并引导学生根据实际情况回答)
Ss:Yes,she is quiet./No,she is not quiet.
3. 教师播放课件,学生带着问题看卡通,听音,导入文本。
T:Do you know John?He has a friend.Who is he? Please listen carefully and try to answer this question “ Who is John’s friend?”
4.读课文,同桌相互检查,然后分组读、点个别学生读课文。
5.听音做动作。
T:Listen and do,please repeat last word for three times.
Make yourself thin/strong/quiet/tall/short/cute/funny/lovely(可爱的).
Wash(洗) your hair.Comb(梳)your hair.Cut(剪)your hair.
Step3.Consolidation and extension
1.做游戏:找朋友。教师将本节课教材上涉及到的单词和短语long/shorthair,strong,quiet,thin,制成卡片,每组发两套。学生六人一组,每人在组长那抽取一张卡片,然后用句子My friend is...My friend has…描述卡片内容,组长检查描述是否正确,凡是描述相同的同学,就击掌说:We are friends.
2.教师描述自己的一个朋友,让学生认真听猜猜是谁。当学生猜出来后,教师让学生思考描述自己的一个朋友,然后四人一组,在组内描述给其他同学听,最后请部分学生在班上描述,其他学生猜。
